作為結尾的甜點,濃濃的抹茶香氣,讓人彷彿到了日本,滑順的口感,讓人忍不住都吃完了!
總結
第一次吃無菜單料理,感覺特別新鮮,期待著每一道店家用心準備的特色料理,享受到視覺上的饗宴,也品嚐到新鮮的活體海鮮,可惜這次沒嚐到波士頓龍蝦,有機會下次二訪再來吃吃看,如果還在想來新竹有什麼好吃的,千萬別錯過山上走走~
