荷朗精鑽鍋 環境介紹
外觀是以皇家藍的色調呈現,再加上緊鄰著中港河廊~說到這個就讓我想起小時候的中港大排又臭又髒,以前經過都捏著鼻子,很高興新莊整治成功了~搖身一變猶如韓國的清溪川((誤,而且最近還有河廊光雕『幸福下一站-藍調中港』很適合約會~

走進餐廳裡面是走挑高路線,一樓位置不多是半開放式廚房,用餐走到二樓映入眼簾的是河廊邊的風景,別有一番風味!

湯頭是選法式雞湯與巴西蘑菇昆布湯使用鴛鴦鍋,剛送上來的時候想雞湯怎麼只有一點點原來是為了襯托出雞湯的價值,先讓客人喝喝看雞湯濃醇的味道,再加入蔬菜加入稀釋過的雞高湯喝下去~好幸福啊!

Candice說涮牛肉湯滾下去涮約莫30~40秒,就可以吃了,口感軟帶嫩筋真的說到這裡都餓了XD

松阪豬一點都不遜色,看到擺牌就知道廚師的用心,記得涮豬肉一定要熟喔!喜歡松阪豬的口感有咬勁、吃起來很Q~

新鮮的海鮮,只需要簡單的調味,就可以襯托出海鮮的鮮味,蝦子的甜味、三點蟹肉質結實,因為Eddie戴牙套咬不了,所以看著Candice吃得很開心XD

有看到吳奇隆的簽名!但是其他有些太藝術了~實在不知道是誰…..大家快來猜猜
總結
這次整體下來覺得口味偏淡,如果是重口味的建議可以點麻辣鍋,吃完沒有像以前吃完火鍋有油膩的感覺,反而有種清爽感,醬汁是店家特製(原蔬醬)適用各種蔬果熬製而成,如果覺得沾醬的口味偏淡,可以跟店家索取乾辣椒跟醬油膏,Eddie加了之後,感覺吃起來的味道提升很多!
