胡麻豚肉豆腐沙拉

鱈魚肝蟹肉玉子燒
每次只要去吃日式料理,我都會來一份玉子燒~ABV日式居酒屋的玉子燒那滑嫩的口感、札實的厚度、濃濃的蛋香再配上鱈魚肝與蟹肉,讓口感更加提升。PS:要小心鐵盤很燙!

日本人非常喜歡炸物,在日本料理的店裡一定會看到炸物這個選項,Eddie也是看到炸雞眼睛就起亮來了XD、炸的酥脆,一口咬下肉汁帶點特別的香氣,原來是製作南蠻風炸雞前,需要先將雞肉醃漬在南蠻漬汁裡,難怪每一口都有香氣在~南蠻風

表面經過炙燒處理,將油脂與香氣逼出,再配上醋(不是醬油哦!),吃起來非常爽口,且香氣逼人,愛吃生魚片的Gavin都稱讚說比一般生魚片更美味可口呢!

牛筋燉的軟嫩,不用多咀嚼即可以入口,比較特別的是加入了cheese,在夾的時候會牽~絲,對於cheese控的我很是療癒!

口味稍鹹,但是搭配酒吃起來會非常過癮。雞肉處理的滿嫩的,裡面還有加入玉米、洋蔥等多種配料,是口感滿豐富的一道料理。

與一般的花生麻糬不同,店家會先炸過,麻糬口感酥脆、外層是花生裡面包的是芝麻,非常適合當飯後點心!

在美好的週末裡,與好友小酌一番也是不錯,最讓我懷念的是那玉子燒,豐富的口感、非常開胃,喜歡小酌的千萬別錯過,來ABV日式居酒屋有眾多酒款可以做選擇,雖然因為疫情的關係無法出國,但在這裡可以品嚐到來自德式、美式、英式、比利時、日本的酒,彷彿去到各國一般~
